Web Hosting Terms

  1. Services Provided
    Media Tech Creations agrees to provide the following services to the Client under the terms of this Agreement:

1.1 Basic Web Design:

Development of websites, including layout, design, and basic functionality.
1.2 Hosting Services:

Hosting of the Client’s website on Media Tech Creations’ servers or third-party hosting platforms.
1.3 Software Services:

Integration and maintenance of standard software applications, including plugins or tools necessary for the website’s functionality.

  1. Security and Data Responsibility
    2.1 Basic Security Measures:

Media Tech Creations implements standard security protocols for hosted websites, including SSL certificates and regular software updates.

2.2 Recommendation for High-Risk and High-Volume Sites:

For websites handling sensitive data, high transaction volumes, or requiring enhanced security measures, Media Tech Creations strongly recommends engaging specialized security firms or purchasing advanced security software.


2.3 Disclaimer of Liability:

Media Tech Creations is not responsible for:
Data breaches, cyberattacks, or unauthorized access to the Client’s website or data.
Operational disruptions, downtime, or loss of revenue resulting from security incidents.

2.4 Client Responsibility:

The Client is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards for data protection and cybersecurity.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights
    3.1 Ownership of Deliverables:

Upon full payment of all project costs, the Client will own the final website design and associated deliverables.
3.2 Licensing:

Any third-party software or tools used in the project remain subject to the licensing terms of the respective software providers.

  1. Termination and Cancellation
    4.1 Termination by Media Tech Creations:

Media Tech Creations reserves the right to terminate this Agreement for non-payment, breach of terms, or misuse of services by the Client.
4.2 Termination by Client:

The Client may terminate the Agreement by providing written notice and paying for services rendered up to the termination date.

  1. Project Costs and Payment Terms
    5.1 Service Costs:

Project costs will be detailed in an accompanying invoice or Statement of Work (SOW) provided to the Client before the start of the project.
5.2 Payment Terms:

A [percentage]% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
5.3 Additional Costs:

Any additional features or services requested beyond the scope of the original agreement will be billed separately.
5.4 Hosting and Maintenance Fees:

Hosting services are billed on an annual basis, with fees outlined in the invoice.
